Black Mountain Arms LLC (BLK MTN ARMS, blkmtnarms.com) is an online authorized retailer for Dark Mountain Arms. Black Mountain Arms does not handle warranty claims, customer service related questions, or dealer inquiries.

Purchasing

All NFA Rules Apply.

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

Black Mountain Arms reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Order Restrictions

We ship only to valid FFL Dealers. You can find more info here: What is an FFL?

Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your dealer’s FFL in a timely manner. If your dealer won’t share their FFL with you directly, please ask them to send it to ffl@blkmtnarms.com on your behalf. You can use this form (opens a new tab) to assist in that process.

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. If Black Mountain Arms is forced to cancel an order that has already shipped, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

If you order a firearm, YOU MUST be:

• A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
• 18 years of age or older for rifles, or 21 years of age or older for handguns to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

We will not ship ANY handguns to the state of Massachusetts.

Returns / Cancellations

All sales of firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are FINAL, and cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT.

If a defect is discovered in any firearm after being transferred or any of the other products listed above you will have two options. You may contact the manufacturer directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS, of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for any approved returns that are not warranty claims.

CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO BLACK MOUNTAIN ARMS CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.

Black Mountain Arms reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Black Mountain Arms reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.

If Black Mountain Arms is forced to cancel an order that has already shipped, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

Amending Orders

No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.

Shipping Times

Serialized items (rifles, pistols, etc.) that are shown as ‘in stock’ typically ship within 1-2 weeks FROM THE TIME FFL IS RECEIVED. Please verify that Black Mountain Arms has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. Items that are shown as ‘available on backorder’ can take up to 6 weeks to ship. Items labeled as Pre-Order do not typically have a definitely ship date and will ship as soon as they are ready. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let us know if your order has passed the above ship time, and we will investigate the reason for the delay.

Shipping Costs

All firearms have a flat rate shipping cost of $25 per item.

Warranty Policy

At the request of manufacturers, all broken and/or defective item claims must be submitted, by the purchaser, to the specific manufacturer’s Customer Service Department.

Under no circumstances shall Black Mountain Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Black Mountain Arms will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Product Price and Specifications

All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Black Mountain Arms does not honor price change requests. Black Mountain Arms also does not allow raincheck pricing for any prior Sale or Daily Deal prices if you have not placed an order.
